All mixers are not created equally. Just because it is made out of stainless does not mean it is sanitary. Here is one example…spot welds. I have no idea how someone can claim this is sanitary. Products get tween the spot welded areas, yet they say this is sanitary. Sometimes even certifying it. Well, just because it has a certificate, doesn’t mean it should either, it just meant they met the minimum. What makes it better though, that is what we want to know…
